Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 7 ounces dry chorizo sausage diced fine
  • 3 slices white bread cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons onion chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 can shoestring potato sticks to top burgers

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl beat one egg and add the diced chorizo.
  • Add all remaining ingredient except potatoes and buns. Mix well.
  • Form into patties and grill.
  • Place cooked hamburgers on a bun and top with potatoes.
