Eggs in Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups tomato sauce
  • 6 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Use a deep fry pan to cook your tomato sauce as stated above or use my Classic Tomato sauce recipe.
  • Turn the pan down to low. Slowly drop eggs in the pan one at a time with a ramikin.
  • Continue to do this until all the eggs are nestled in. Make sure each egg has it's own space.
  • Lightly spoon some of the sauce over each egg and cover for 3-5 minutes.
  • Gently scoop each egg out onto a plate and top with sauce. Break that yolk with some bread!
