Use a deep fry pan to cook your tomato sauce as stated above or use my Classic Tomato sauce recipe.
Turn the pan down to low. Slowly drop eggs in the pan one at a time with a ramikin.
Continue to do this until all the eggs are nestled in. Make sure each egg has it's own space.
Lightly spoon some of the sauce over each egg and cover for 3-5 minutes.
Gently scoop each egg out onto a plate and top with sauce. Break that yolk with some bread!
