Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a small or medium sized saute pan. Add your bacon and get it crispy.
Add the frozen peas. This will create a little water once the peas defrost in the pan. This will help cook the peas. Saute the peas with the bacon until all the liquid gets absorbed. Keep stirring. Add salt & pepper.
Take a taste and make sure the peas are no longer frozen. I actually take things a little further until the peas have a little char on them (but cook to your taste). Serve!
