Ingredients

heavy cream or whipping cream

shredded Italian cheese blend

I used bow ties
salt & pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
In a large bowl pour heavy cream or whipping cream and add 4 tablespoons of butter.
When the pasta is done strain it and add it to the bowl with the butter and cream. Add the cheeses mix well. Add salt & pepper if needed.
Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven for15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the pasta has a golden color.
