Pork Chops in Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 pork chops thin sliced
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1 dried thyme
  • Krazy Mixed Up Salt or Salt & pepper to season the meat
  • lemon to squeeze on the meat

Instructions
 

  • Heavily season the pork chops with salt & pepper or Krazy Mixed Up Salt.
  • Heat the olive oil in the pan on medium high heat. Add the pork chops. Brown the meat on both sides. I got all mine to fit in my pan, but you may have to brown the chops in batches. About 5-7 minutes
  • Once the chops have browned nicely, add the milk to the pan. Add the thyme.
  • Continue to cook the chops about 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Taste the sauce and add salt & pepper if needed.
  • Transfer the chops to a serving dish and strain the sauce with a small strainer over the meat before serving. Add some extra thyme and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
