Soak the lasagna noodle in some hot water to cover for about 5 minutes.
In a 10 inch saute pan heat the butter over medium low heat until slightly bubbly.
Turn the heat to a medium. Shake the excess water off half the noodles and add to the pan until you have a thin layer. With tongs, gently toss to coat in the butter. Add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs.
Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Toss the noodles again and add the remaining lasagna sheets. Add another layer of breadcrumbs and cheese.
Toss the noodles again and drizzle in a tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat. Add remaining bread crumbs and cheese. Toss again. Add 1/2 cup of prepared tomato sauce.
Toss to incorporate the tomato sauce and heat through. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Remove to a serving dish.
