red peppers

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
granulated garlic
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
dried rosemary

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
salt
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Gather your peppers.
Wash, seed and quarter the peppers.
Place. the peppers on a large baking sheet. Add the herbs and oil. Toss until the peppers are coated.
Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes until they are mostly wilted and a bit charred.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
Top salads or sandwiches.
Notes
You can substitute Italian seasoning for those listed above.
These will keep up to a week in a storage container in the fridge- ours never make a week!
