Ingredients
1/4
cup
olive oil

pound
cherry heirloom tomatoes
halved
salt & pepper
3
cloves
garlic
sliced
1
small
onion
chopped
2
tablespoons
fresh herbs such as rosemary,, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley and bay leaf
chopped
8
chicken cutlets
or 4 chicken breasts halved
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Chop garlic & onion. Chop the herbs.
Combine all the ingredients except chicken and garlic salt in bowl. Toss to combine.
Place chicken on a large baking pan. Season chicken with garlic salt.
Top chicken with the slasa.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Serve!
