Ingredients

pound
pasta
use whatever type of pasta you like

red peppers
washed, seeded and cut into thin strips
1/2
cup
olive oil
4
clove
garlic
peeled and smashed
1
handful (about 1-2 tablespoons)
fresh parsley
chopped
1
teaspoon
salt
pepper
to taste
crushed red pepepr
optional
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions while preparing the rest of the recipe.
Prepare your peppers, garlic and parsley.
In a large saute pan heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley. Add some crushed red pepper if using.
When the garlic starts to turn golden brown, add the peppers. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and some pepper.
Cook until the peppers are wilted and soft. I even like to get a little char on them.
Toss your drained pasta into the pan with the peppers and mix. Check for seasoning.
Serve!
