Salmon Dip

So you made the One Pan Salmon and Potatoes and now you have leftover salmon. Well that’s kind of the idea! I always buy extra salmon so I can make salmon dip the next day.  This works with most leftover salmon. I have made salmon many ways and this always works no matter how your leftover salmon was cooked.

This recipe was inspired by my mother-in-law. She always makes this! I say inspired because I’m not sure of her proportions or even if the ingredients are exact. But after playing with the general recipe this is how we like it. Thanks mother-in-law (I’m not sure if she wants me to use her name).

It’s the perfect lunch or snack. I like to serve it with crackers but do whatever you like with it!.
