Baked Pasta with Mascarpone Cream
Mascarpone cheese has a buttery rich flavor that is really decadent. So, I am confident you will love this Baked Pasta with Mascarpone Cream. It is really quick and easy, but has that cooked all day taste. It requires minimal ingredients and very little prep work. You will need to cook up a batch of my Classic Tomato Sauce for this recipe. Or, you can go ahead and start with your favorite jarred sauce.
This is perfect for a packing up and bringing to that fun event you have to go to. It’s also a wonderfully comforting Sunday dinner. It feels fancy, but tastes just like home. I add lots of cheese and bake it just until the edges get crisp and golden brown.
