Pasta & Peppers- Easy Recipe

This is one of my husband’s favorite recipes. At least that’s what he tells me! Pasta & Peppers is quick and easy, full of flavor and has minimal ingredients! Try this one on a busy night! My kids aren’t huge fans of the peppers themselves, but the flavor the peppers impart on the pasta is really tasty. I’ll still call it a win!

I use red peppers for this dish. If I had to pick a favorite pepper, it would be the red guys. I feel like they are sweeter than the other varieties. I do love all kinds of peppers for certain dishes, but for this one, red peppers are the way to go! I am actually pretty surprised that lately my grocery store is even carrying packages of just red peppers! Perfect!

I mentioned this one was quick. It is! In the amount of time you cook your pasta, this one is pretty much done! I used penne for this recipe, but feel free to use whatever kind of pasta you like, or have on hand. Add some crushed red pepper if you like for a little heat!

I hope you like as much as my hubby does!
