“Heaven” Pasta

Kids are the most honest critics right? I know my kids are the best taste testers! Apparently their friends are critics too!

So I’m sitting in that oh so fun school pick up line and I get a phone call. It’s my sweet friend and loyal blog supporter. She called to find out what I had sent my son in for lunch the other day.  Apparently, my son had let her son taste a bite of his lunch. She asked him what it tasted like and she said he told her it tasted  like “heaven.” I just about fell out of my seat!  Nothing like the truth! So after laughing it off she asked me what “heaven” was in my son’s lunch.

Well here it is. It is literally salt and pepper and 4  ingredients. Yup, heaven in just a few steps. I’m not gonna lie, this one is not one for the healthy crowd, but every now and again we need a little indulgence. So I called this one 4 cheese pasta, but technically it had 5 cheeses. I like to use those shredded Italian cheese blends they sell at the store. The one I bought did not have Parmesan cheese in it, and that would be oh so sad. So I added some.

Enjoy heaven.
